Looking for targets with an established presence and strong organic growth. Looking to lend to projects and companies operating across several specific strategies and themes of interest, including (but not limited to):
business consolidation and diversification, upgrading and innovation, growth and expansion;
setup of new facilities and/or expansion of existing capabilities for: launching new/innovative product/service lines; improving/developing current portfolio of products/services; acquiring strategic repositioning and organic growth (market-share, sales/distribution networks);
business expansion on domestic (retail, wholesale, distribution) and/or international (import, export) markets;
setup of new facilities and/or expansion of existing capabilities for: supply chain and procurement; production, processing and manufacturing; local, regional, national distribution and logistics; retail, wholesale and international trade, etc;
Potential Terms:
Open to consider various types of project-finance lending.
Discretionarily, open to consider co-funding to projects developed and implemented with the financial assistance of EU Grants & Structural Funds.
